Job summary

Crispin in New York City is seeking an organized Senior Project Manager to lead complex campaigns from inception to execution, coordinating with Account Services and Practice teams to deliver work on time and on budget.

This role requires 5+ years in a creative or fast-paced social agency, a proven track record in social-first content, strong client-facing communication, cross‑channel delivery, and proficiency in Adobe Workfront and the Microsoft Office suite.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in a creative or fast-paced social agency environment.
• Proven track record in social-first content and reactive execution.
• Extensive client-facing experience with strong communication and relationship management.
• Cross-channel project execution across social platforms and other touchpoints.
• High-speed problem solving and ability to thrive under pressure.
• Proficiency in Adobe Workfront (or equivalent agile PM tools) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile & Reactive Asset Development: Direct end-to-end asset production workflows for fast-turnaround social-first assets.
• Serve as Client & Team Liaison: Co-lead day-to-day external client communications with internal teams for rapid briefs and approvals.
• Manage Scopes, Timelines & Schedules: Produce flexible scopes of work and agile timelines for planned campaigns and reactive workstreams.
• Resource & Workflow Optimization: Analyze workloads to dynamically allocate resources and speed up speed-to-market.
• Proactive Risk & Scope Management: Anticipate hurdles and mitigate risks in fast-paced social deployments.
• Drive Best Practices & Standards: Foster agile collaboration and streamlined production processes across teams.
