Job summary

CompanyCam is a simple-to-use photo documentation and productivity app for contractors, offering a salaried Senior Creative Producer role. You’ll own briefs from intake to delivery across graphic design, video, animation, web design, and light copywriting while mentoring a Multimedia Producer.

Remote-friendly with Lincoln, NE as a preferred locale. You’ll leverage AI tools to accelerate production and help the team scale, while preserving human creative judgment.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in a creative production role across disciplines.
• Ability to work independently from brief to delivery.
• Portfolio demonstrating breadth across design, video, animation, web, and copy.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate production without replacing human judgment.

Responsibilities

• Produce complete, multi-format assets spanning graphic design, video, animation, web design, and copy from briefs with limited supervision.
• Work autonomously from brief to final delivery, making decisions within brief parameters.
• Use AI tools to accelerate asset generation, format adaptation, and motion templates.
• Direct the Multimedia Producer on simpler or repeatable tasks while focusing on high-skill challenges.
• Bring in specialists (video, web, motion, copy) when needed, but aim for self-sufficiency.
• Read briefs thoroughly and test creative risks before revisions.
• Manage a substantial project portfolio with timelines and capacity planning.
• Model high creative standards and lead AI tool adoption across the team.
