AMP Sports seeks a Senior Creative Producer, Original Content to develop, produce, and launch original, audience-first video and social franchises. You will partner with leadership and show teams to identify opportunities, pitch concepts, and own projects from ideation to delivery across YouTube and social platforms.

The role requires hands-on video production, directing talent, and managing budgets in studio, field, and remote settings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years producing premium original digital video.
• Strong storytelling and editorial instincts.
• Experience directing on-camera talent and high-profile personalities.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and hands-on production skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in studio, field, and remote settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce premium original video franchises to drive audience growth.
• Own the creative process from concept to final delivery.
• Collaborate with show producers to elevate existing programming.
• Extend IP beyond core podcast to YouTube and social formats.
• Lead production across studio, field, and remote environments.
• Direct on-camera talent and creators in studio and on location.
• Lead post-production with editors to shape narrative.
• Ideate programming built for discovery and distribution across platforms.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of show ideas with talent development.
• Serve as a flexible senior creative resource across the portfolio.
• Assist budgeting and oversee freelancers and vendors.
• Other duties as assigned.
