Job summary

TP-Link Systems Inc. seeks a Senior Creative Producer to drive multi-channel projects from brief to final delivery. You will coordinate in-house designers, 3D/motion artists, and external agencies, ensuring high-quality output on schedule.

You will protect creative integrity while balancing timelines and resources across internal and external partners. You’ll lead stand-ups, reviews, and stakeholder updates, partnering with the Design PMO to align studio-wide processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a creative producer or project manager in agency or in-house studio.
• Experience running end-to-end multi-channel creative projects.
• Proven ability to manage internal teams and external agencies simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of multi-channel creative projects from brief to delivery.
• Build roadmaps, timelines, and allocate resources across teams.
• Produce in-house shoots and coordinate logistics.
• Run stand-ups and reviews to align design, CGI, motion, and external vendors.
• Protect creative integrity and timelines while partnering with stakeholders.
• Manage external agency relationships and ensure deliverable quality.
• Provide clear updates on project health and risk to stakeholders.
