Job summary

TP-Link Systems Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking a Senior Motion & Visual Designer to elevate brand and digital creative output. You will lead motion graphics, storyboards, and videos across campaigns, product launches, and branding initiatives.

The role requires a strong portfolio, 6+ years in post-production, and proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, Figma, and 3D tools. Collaboration with marketers and designers is essential for scalable, high-quality visuals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
6+ years in post-production environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing motion design work.
Proficiency with After Effects, Premiere, Figma, etc.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with pre-production & production is preferred.
3D experience (Cinema 4D & Blender) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Take the lead and manage video projects from concept to completion.
Develop storyboards, style frames, and animations to communicate design concepts clearly.
Shoot and capture high-quality images and videos/footage.
Create high-quality motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product launches, branding, and websites.
Maintain consistency of visual brand tone across digital touchpoints.
Push new ideas forward with a high bar for creative excellence.
Organize project files and documentation for efficient workflow.
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date on motion design trends and technologies.
