Qualifications

• 7+ years in video and photo production with a strong portfolio.
• Proven ability to run end-to-end productions: planning, on-set direction, and post-production oversight.
• Expert-level lighting, composition, visual tone for premium tech visuals.
• Experience leading creative teams with actionable feedback to improve storytelling.
• Strong hands-on production skills; able to shoot or direct when needed.
• Ability to translate briefs into concepts, storyboards, and scripts balancing creativity with feasibility.
• Proven track record managing budgets and timelines, delivering quality on schedule.
• Strong problem-solving in fast-paced, ownership-driven environments.
