Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Creative Producer to drive complex campaigns from ideation to delivery, coordinating creative, design, social, strategy and marketing teams across SPECS Studio.

You will create timelines, manage budgets, and oversee client communications while leading reviews and ensuring high-quality outputs across video, print, and digital formats in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in video production or project management in a creative agency or in-house creative environment.
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of creative and campaign projects in parallel.
• Experience working with global brands in the advertising or marketing space.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline driven environments.
• Deep understanding of video, print, and digital production processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple complex campaign projects from pitch through delivery.
• Ensure successful delivery of a full package of project deliverables inclusive of presentation decks, marketing materials, social content, short form video content, still photography, keynote presentations, long-form branded films, and more.
• Create and maintain project timelines, deliverable trackers, resourcing plans, and budgets.
• Lead internal/external reviews, prep client-ready presentations, and track feedback.
• Manage key client communication throughout the development process, and partner with cross functional teams at Snap.
• Identify risks and roadblocks and work with teams to resolve them quickly.
• Work closely with the Director of SPECS Studio and the SPECS Studio Creative Director to manage the workload of designers, creatives, marketers, and strategists.
