Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a senior Art Director in Los Angeles to lead the visual craft across campaigns, product launches, and branded experiences. You will partner with the Design Director to maintain a coherent language and steer a diverse team through concept, production, and delivery.

You will influence cross-functional partners, translate business problems into bold creative solutions, and nurture a strong design culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, motion design, filmmaking or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of experience as an art director in advertising agencies or similar.
• Strong portfolio showing diverse campaigns and high-impact projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma and other standard tools.
• Experience in B2B and growth marketing in tech and social media.
• Experience in matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Art direct ideas across brand campaigns, launches, features and company developments.
• Own elevation of art direction and visual craft across projects.
• Collaborate with the Design Director to maintain a coherent visual language.
• Lead development and execution of high-priority projects from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to create best-in-class campaigns.
• Navigate cross-functional marketing organization and stay ahead of trends.
• Grow, develop and define the team’s design culture.
