Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Creative Producer to drive complex campaigns from ideation through execution.

You will oversee multiple projects and cross-functional teams across creative, design, social, strategy, and marketing, ensuring timely delivery of distinctive campaigns for SPECS Studio. Qualifications

  • 5-8 years in video production or project management at a creative agency or in-house environment.
  • Experience managing a high volume of campaigns in parallel.
  • Proven ability to work with global brands in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple complex campaign projects from pitch through delivery.
  • Ensure successful delivery of a full package of project deliverables including presentation decks, marketing materials, social content, short form video, photography, and long-form branded films.
  • Create and maintain project timelines, deliverable trackers, resourcing plans, and budgets.
  • Lead internal/external reviews, prep client-ready presentations, and track feedback.
  • Manage key client communication throughout the development process, and partner with cross functional teams at Snap.
  • Identify risks and roadblocks and work with teams to resolve them quickly.
  • Work closely with the Director of SPECS Studio and the SPECS Studio Creative Director to manage workload of designers, creatives, marketers, and strategists.

SPECS Studio is looking for an experienced Senior Creative Producer to help drive complex workstreams from ideation through to execution. The role will require oversight of multiple projects and cross-functional teams. The producer will manage the day-to-day needs of creative, design, social, strategy and marketing teams, and will ultimately be responsible for delivering unique and innovative campaigns that span across SPECS. This role will require a candidate to flex between traditional producer and project management responsibilities.

What you’ll do:
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple complex campaign projects from pitch through delivery.
  • Ensure successful delivery of a full package of project deliverables inclusive of presentation decks, marketing materials, social content, short form video content, still photography, keynote presentations, long-form branded films, and more.
  • Create and maintain project timelines, deliverable trackers, resourcing plans, and budgets.
  • Lead internal/external reviews, prep client-ready presentations, and track feedback.
  • Manage key client communication throughout the development process, and partner with cross functional teams at Snap.
  • Identify risks and roadblocks and work with teams to resolve them quickly.
  • Work closely with the Director of SPECS Studio and the SPECS Studio Creative Director to manage the workload of designers, creatives, marketers, and strategists.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Deep understanding of the creative production lifecycle from concept development through delivery.
  • Understanding of Augmented Reality/tech adjacent production workstreams.
  • Candidates should possess exceptional ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines and complexities. Attention to detail is crucial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including ability to be client facing.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years in video production or project management at a creative agency or in-house creative environment
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of creative and campaign projects in parallel
  • Experience working with global brands in the advertising or marketing space
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline driven environments
  • Deep understanding of video, print, and digital production processes
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Preferred qualifications:
  • Passion for Snap’s products
  • Experience producing video shoots, ranging in budget
  • Experience in Agile project management
  • Familiarity with Adobe software, Google Suite, and PM tools

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $107,000-$161,000 annually.

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $102,000-$153,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $91,000-$137,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
