Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field.
• 7–10+ years producing high-profile media projects.
• Hands-on podcast production expertise, including scripting, casting, and audio workflows.
• Mastery of Frame.io, Iconik (MAM), Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud, and teleprompter software.

Responsibilities

• Drive content strategy and direct end-to-end production from concept to launch.
• Own the set: direct camera crews, talent, voice actors, and creatives to capture compelling footage.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and logistics while maintaining creative quality.
• Oversee pre-production: scouting locations, gear, and hiring crews and vendors.
