Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years producing high-budget, high-profile media projects.
• Hands-on podcast production expertise, including scripting, casting, and audio workflows.
• Mastery of Frame.io, Iconik (MAM), Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud, and teleprompter software.
• Proven success managing client relationships and building outstanding production partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Drive content strategy and refine scripts with clients to define authentic stories for video and podcasts.
• Own the set, directing camera crews, talent, voice actors, and creatives to capture compelling footage.
• Lead end-to-end project management: budgets, schedules, and logistics while ensuring quality.
• Oversee pre-production: scouting locations and selecting gear, hiring top crews and vendors.
• Guide post-production: provide sharp creative feedback to editors and designers.
