Job summary

Rare Candy is hiring a Senior Creative Lead for Growth in Dallas or Remote-US. You will own creative strategy across organic social, paid acquisition, UGC, creators, and launches, writing briefs and notes that shape campaigns.

• Ability to write sharp briefs and guide creators.

Responsibilities

• Own creative strategy across organic social, paid acquisition, UGC, creators, and launches.
• Develop concepts and write briefs for drops, partnerships, and seasonal moments.
• Write hooks, scripts, and copy direction for the team and creators.
• Direct output and priorities of the social team, freelancers, and partners.
• Review creative and provide actionable notes to improve.
• Build a repeatable process for producing, reviewing, publishing, and testing creative.
• Run the paid-social testing roadmap and scale winning concepts.
