Job summary

LucidLink is seeking a Senior Creative Designer to own website experiences from concept to delivery. You will translate marketing and business goals into scalable pages, components, and motion, partnering with Marketing and the web team to ship high-quality digital assets.

A strong background in responsive websites, Figma, and design systems is essential. Experience with AI-enabled craft is a plus, and you will contribute to strategy, vision, and craft of a category-defining brand.

Qualifications

Senior-level experience designing responsive websites with strong typography and accessibility
Strong Figma skills, including building and maintaining a design system
Experience creating small animations, infographics, and other visual assets
Systems thinking with ability to distill complex ideas into clear visuals
Data-informed mindset using qualitative and quantitative signals
Experience in SaaS or B2B environments preferred
Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (written and spoken)
Nice to have: AI-enabled craft and marketing/design integration

Responsibilities

Design website pages from concept to launch, turning goals into engaging experiences
Maintain and evolve LucidLink's website design system
Create web animations and motion assets
Partner with Marketing and the web team to plan, prioritize, and ship work
Use website performance data to identify opportunities and validate improvements
Design a wide range of digital assets that stay consistent as LucidLink evolves
