Job summary

LucidLink is seeking a Senior Creative Designer to own website experiences from concept to delivery. You will translate marketing and business goals into scalable pages, components, and motion, partnering with Marketing and the web team to ship high-quality digital assets.

A strong background in responsive websites, Figma, and design systems is essential. Experience with AI-enabled craft is a plus, and you will contribute to strategy, vision, and craft of a category-defining brand.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience designing responsive websites with strong typography and accessibility
• Strong Figma skills, including building and maintaining a design system
• Experience creating small animations, infographics, and other visual assets
• Systems thinking with ability to distill complex ideas into clear visuals
• Data-informed mindset using qualitative and quantitative signals
• Experience in SaaS or B2B environments preferred
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Nice to have: AI-enabled craft and marketing/design integration

About the Role

Hi, I’m Radina, Director of Design at LucidLink. We’re looking for a Senior Creative Designer with deep expertise in web and digital design to shape how LucidLink shows up online. In this role, you’ll own website experiences from concept to delivery, turning marketing and business goals into clear, scalable pages, components, and motion. You’ll partner with Marketing, our web team, and other stakeholders to create work that drives real outcomes.

This is an opportunity to contribute to the strategy, vision, and craft of a category-defining brand, alongside a team of talented, humble, and customer-focused designers. Experience with AI-enabled craft is a strong plus.

What You’ll Do

• Design website pages from concept to launch, turning marketing and business goals into clear, engaging experiences

• Maintain and evolve our website design system

• Create web animations and motion assets

• Partner with Marketing and the web team to plan, prioritize, and ship work

What We’re Looking For

• Senior-level experience designing responsive websites , with a strong portfolio and command of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and accessibility

• Strong Figma skills, including building and maintaining a design system

• Experience creating small animations, infographics, and other visual assets

• Strong systems thinking and ability to distill complex ideas into clear visuals

• Data-informed mindset, comfortable using qualitative and quantitative signals

• Experience in SaaS or B2B is highly preferred

• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Nice to have: a technical background in building web projects, AI-enabled craft , and a solid grasp of marketing and how it connects with design
