Advergrid is seeking a design-focused front-end leader to craft visually distinctive, motion-aware websites. You will own the design language, create Figma libraries, and ensure seamless handoff to engineers while collaborating with motion and engineering teams.

The role emphasizes editorial/product-led sites with a strong portfolio in typography and motion, plus reading HTML/CSS to collaborate effectively with developers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing for editorial or product-led marketing sites.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating typographic and motion craft.
• Comfort with HTML/CSS — you don't need to ship the code, but you need to read it.

Responsabilités

• Lead web design for two to three concurrent engagements.
• Author Figma libraries and design tokens that survive engineering handoff.
• Pair closely with motion and engineering during build.
• Drive design QA through launch and the 30-day polish window.
