Job summary

Adobe is seeking a Senior Creative Cloud Customer Success Manager to join our Digital Media team. You will work directly with enterprise customers to drive adoption, realize value, and build trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from power users to the C-suite.

You will showcase Adobe's Creative Cloud portfolio—core apps, Firefly, Frame.io, and Adobe Express—through executive presentations and tailored recommendations, collaborating with account teams to expand

Qualifications

5+ years in customer success, sales, or solutions consulting with enterprise experience.
Track record of hitting CS metrics or sales quota.
Creative mindset and curiosity to improve products or experiences.
Familiarity with Creative Cloud, Canva, or Figma.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Own the customer relationship end-to-end including activation, adoption and health scores.
Guide customers through onboarding to hit goals and maximize value.
Position Creative Cloud portfolio to align with customer goals and outcomes.
Deliver executive presentations and write POV documents.
Collaborate with Account Managers, Sales, Solutions Consultants, and Marketing to drive launches and growth.
Identify at-risk accounts and develop remediation plans with the sales team.
Capture feedback and surface insights to product and marketing teams.
