Job summary

Craft Agency Ltd. in New York seeks a Senior Artworker who turns creative ideas into tangible visuals, building original Photoshop and Illustrator comps from scratch and visualising campaigns across OOH, experiential, retail, print and digital.

You will work with art directors and designers on ambitious briefs, taking work through to production-ready standards—mechanicals, colour profiles, resolution and multi-format adaptation for final delivery.

Qualifications

• Senior craft specialist with several years’ artwork/production experience.
• Campaign-heavy agency background with large-format, multi-format rollouts.
• Advanced visualisation and compositing skills in Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Turn creative ideas into visuals people believe in, building comps from scratch.
• Visualise campaigns across OOH, experiential, retail, print and digital with strong composition, perspective, scale and lighting.
• Collaborate with art directors and designers on ambitious briefs and contribute to pitches and presentations.
• Take work through to production-ready standards: mechanicals, colour profiles, resolution and multi-format adaptation.
