Precision is seeking a Senior Designer (AVP/Associate Creative Director) to lead hands-on design across brand identities, campaigns, and related materials in a hybrid New York setting.

You will collaborate with creative directors and copywriters to shape concepts, develop visual directions, and craft scalable identity systems with strong typography and composition. The role includes mentoring juniors and presenting work to internal leads.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of relevant design experience.
• Portfolio showing exceptional layout and typography, branding, and decks/presentations.
• Ability to move across identity design, campaigns, presentations, and video support.

Responsabilidades

• Lead hands-on design across brand identities, logos, campaigns, and both digital and print materials.
• Partner with creative directors and copywriters to develop concepts and translate them into visual directions.
• Build scalable identity systems with strong typography, color, imagery, and composition.
