Craft Agency Ltd. in New York seeks a Senior Artworker who turns creative ideas into tangible visuals, building original Photoshop and Illustrator comps from scratch and visualising campaigns across OOH, experiential, retail, print and digital.
You will work with art directors and designers on ambitious briefs, taking work through to production-ready standards—mechanicals, colour profiles, resolution and multi-format adaptation for final delivery.
A global design practice built out across three cities, led by a chief design officer behind some of the most recognised brand rebrands of the last decade. For a Senior Artworker, that matters: it means craft and visualisation sit close to how the work gets won – not bolted on at the end of production.
You’ll turn creative ideas into something people believe in before they exist. That means building original Photoshop and Illustrator comps from scratch – not dropping artwork into stock scenes – and visualising campaigns across OOH, experiential, retail, print and digital with real command of composition, perspective, scale and lighting.
You’ll work directly with art directors and designers on ambitious briefs, contributing to pitches and presentations where your visualisation often carries the idea. You’ll also take work through to production-ready standard: mechanicals, colour profiles, resolution, multi-format adaptation, final delivery. The role spans concept to completion, and it’s built for someone who wants their thinking to shape the outcome, not just execute it.
$110,000 – $120,000
Hybrid working
Temp-to-perm or permanent opportunity
A global client portfolio and project delivery infrastructure to match
You’re a senior craft specialist several years into a dedicated artwork or production career, likely from a campaign-heavy agency used to large-format, multi-format rollouts.
Advanced across Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, with exceptional compositing and image-manipulation ability, are exactly what we’re looking for with this one. A genuine visualiser, not a placement artist – your portfolio shows sophisticated mock-ups built from a brief, and you’re comfortable owning projects end to end, ready for a room where your ideas visibly influence the work.
