Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Certified General Appraiser license.
• 5+ years of experience appraising commercial real estate.
• Mastery of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL.

Responsibilities

• Conduct commercial real estate valuations with defined scope and methodologies.
• Prepare appraisal reports, market studies and feasibility analyses.
