Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Certified General Appraiser license required.
• MAI designation a plus.
• 2–5 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct valuation assignments and determine approaches and methodologies.
• Perform data collection and market research.
• Analyze highest and best use scenarios.
• Develop cash flows using discounted cash flow models.
• Assess comparable sales and cost analyses.
• Communicate findings clearly to clients.
• Mentor less experienced professionals.
• Develop new business and manage client relationships.
