Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of commercial credit, underwriting, portfolio management, or lending experience.
• Strong financial statement analysis and credit risk evaluation.
• Knowledge of commercial lending structures, documentation, and regulatory expectations.
• Ability to make sound risk-based decisions and exercise independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Review financial analyses, annual reviews, and credit recommendations.
• Approve risk ratings and portfolio actions within authority.
• Identify emerging risks and propose corrective actions.
• Monitor borrower performance and covenant compliance.
• Coach analysts and oversee workflow to ensure timely deliverables.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers to support client growth.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare portfolio reports and risk assessments.
