Qualifications

• Significant experience handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Experience advising on acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and financing.
• Ability to independently manage complex legal matters and client relationships.
• Demonstrated business judgment and practical problem-solving.
• Experience with land use, zoning, and related regulatory matters is a plus.
• Portable business is highly desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial real estate transactions from inception to closing.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, financing, and development docs.
• Advise clients on due diligence, title, land use, regulatory compliance, and risk.
• Coordinate with lenders, consultants, government agencies, and stakeholders.
• Structure and negotiate complex real estate investments and financing arrangements.
• Provide strategic counsel regarding acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, financing.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships and business development.
• Mentor and collaborate with junior attorneys and team members.
