Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and/or development.
• Familiarity with closing mechanics and real estate due diligence processes.
• Financing experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Solid academic credentials.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and related transaction documents.
• Support and manage commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing.
• Conduct and coordinate due diligence, including title, survey, and related review.
• Assist with and manage closings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to advance transactions.
• Support development projects, leasing matters, and related transactional work.
