Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Boston, MA is seeking a Real Estate Counsel with deep experience in commercial real estate transactions to manage complex deals independently and with a team.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of CRE experience, admission in CA/NY/MA or eligible, and a track record handling acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing. JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial real estate experience.
• Admitted or eligible for admission in California, New York, or Massachusetts.
• Experience with sophisticated owners, investors, operators, and developers.
• Ability to manage transaction lifecycles and review legal documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
