KeyBank is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager for Real Estate Secured Lending to lead a team of compliance professionals and serve as a trusted advisor to business partners by interpreting federal and state consumer protection laws and guiding process, product, and system compliance.

The role requires collaboration with risk management and business leaders, oversight of regulatory change, and presenting risk assessments to management and governance committees.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CRCM or JD preferred.
• 5+ years in compliance or risk management.
• 3+ years leading teams or initiatives.
• Regulatory interpretation and advisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of compliance professionals supporting real estate secured lending.
• Provide regulatory interpretation and guidance on applicable laws and regulations.
• Oversee monitoring, effectiveness reviews, and issue management activities.
• Assess compliance risks and design controls to mitigate regulatory risk.
• Partner with business leaders to integrate compliance into initiatives and processes.
