U.S. Bank in Chicago seeks a seasoned Senior Banker to join its Commercial Real Estate team.

The Relationship Manager will originate large and complex CRE transactions, manage and expand a broad loan portfolio, and build trusted partnerships with real estate funds, developers, investors and institutions. You will drive revenue growth through new business and cross‑sell opportunities while maintaining credit quality and compliance with bank policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• Five+ years in commercial real estate experience.
• Two+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Originate large and complex CRE transactions (term loans, construction loans, bridge loans, lines of credit).
• Prospect for new business while retaining and expanding existing client relationships.
• Advise clients on a broad range of corporates banking products and services.
• Maintain portfolio credit quality and manage risk in line with bank policies.
