Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in West Palm Beach, FL seeks a Senior Assistant Property Manager (CRE) to assist the Property Manager in supervising staff, coordinating operations, and ensuring facilities meet client standards and achieve satisfactory cash flow.

You will manage tenant relations, leases, budgets, CAM reconciliations, and service providers, while maintaining property records and supporting continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business is required.
• 2+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
• Active Real Estate license in the state worked in OR RPA or CPM designation(s).
• Basic understanding of computer software programs and base building systems.
• Basic understanding of CAM, insurance and real estate taxes, and lease terms; ability to reconcile them.

Responsibilities

• Manage the building staff in the absence of the Property Manager or General Manager.
• Handle all building correspondence to clients, tenants and vendors as directed.
• Maintain property files, leases and contracts.
• Obtain aging reports and follow up on delinquencies.
• Process invoices with appropriate backup and procedures.
• Prepare lease abstracts and monthly rent roll for review.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins/outs and conduct furniture delivery/pickups.
• Coordinate tenant requests for above-standard work, obtain estimates, proposals, and invoicing.
• Oversee work order and purchase order systems management.
• Develop and maintain Tenant Service Packages and tenant information in databases.
• Update office procedures in the Operations Manual.
• Ensure COIs for tenants and vendors are up to date.
• Oversee staffing hours, expense reports, and payment requests.
• Ensure timely processing of above-standard tenant bill-backs for utilities and HVAC.
