Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Commercial Real Estate (CRE) initiatives from inception to delivery. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to align scope, schedules, risks, and executive communications for strategic objectives.

You will oversee CRE-related programs while supporting Information Security, Infrastructure, and Data Reporting initiatives. Expect executive dashboards and leadership presentations to show progress, risk, and business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of industry experience, with at least 2+ years in senior project/leadership roles.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience overseeing projects from initiation through completion.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement projects and programs aligned with business objectives.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Define tasks, resources, and dependencies; create schedules and timelines.
• Monitor milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies; report progress.
• Coordinate project team activities and stakeholder reviews.
• Develop and present executive-level reporting and status updates.
