Job summary

NW Recruiting Partners in Bellevue, WA, seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple self-storage and industrial construction projects across the United States. The role focuses on safety, on-schedule delivery, and budget adherence, collaborating with development teams and external partners.

Candidates should have a decade of construction management, strong coordination and budgeting skills, and proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or Primavera.

Qualifications

• 10 years of construction management experience, including 3+ years overseeing ground-up commercial developments.
• Experience managing contractors, budgets, schedules, and project teams.
• Familiarity with construction management software (Procore, MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites several times per month.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities from preconstruction through project completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, contractors, and overall progress.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, general contractors, and other project partners.
• Review construction plans, proposals, and project documentation.
• Monitor quality standards, identify risks, and resolve issues.
• Support contractor selection, bidding, and cost evaluation.
• Conduct site visits and attend construction meetings to monitor progress.
• Oversee project closeout and ensure proper documentation and turnover.
• Assist with renovation and capital improvement projects as needed.
