Job summary

Rapid Construction Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial self-storage facility builds across the Southeast. You will drive the design and execution of premier facilities, overseeing multi-million dollar projects from inception to completion while guiding diverse field teams.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers and owners, develop and manage schedules using Microsoft Project, oversee budgets and change orders, and ensure safety and quality to meet

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Proven ability to lead field Superintendents and multi-site project teams.
• Strong proficiency in reading construction drawings, specs, and project schedules.
• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Project, Excel and Word for project documentation.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites along the East Coast as required.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations for multiple commercial projects to ensure timelines and safety standards.
• Supervise and mentor field Superintendents to guarantee high-quality installations and compliance.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and owners to define complex scopes and build-out requirements.
• Develop and manage construction schedules using Microsoft Project to maintain transparency.
• Manage project budgets, estimates and change orders to meet financial objectives.
• Facilitate project closeout procedures, including punch lists and client walkthroughs.
