Job summary

City National Bank of Florida is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Management Officer to manage an assigned CRE loan portfolio, including underwriting complex credits and construction projects, and performing annual reviews.

You will renew/modify existing credits, monitor covenants, and assess risk changes based on market conditions while supporting Relationship Managers in client engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of CRE underwriting and/or portfolio management experience.
• Construction underwriting experience is a plus.
• Experience with owner-occupied CRE is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel analysis and MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and process complex CRE loans including construction projects.
• Manage renewals and modifications for existing credits.
• Conduct annual loan reviews and monitor covenants.
• Identify changes in risk due to market conditions and advise accordingly.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to grow loan portfolios.
• Support sales efforts and market research for client opportunities.
