City National Bank of Florida is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Management Officer to manage a loan portfolio, underwrite new credit requests (including complex and construction projects), and perform annual reviews. The role reports to the Real Estate Risk Manager and supports portfolio servicing, risk monitoring, and related special projects.

The position requires extensive CRE underwriting experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work with Relationship Managers to grow

Qualificações

• 10+ years of commercial real estate underwriting and/or portfolio management experience.
• Construction underwriting experience is a plus.
• C&I experience with owner-occupied real estate is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Underwrite and process new CRE credit requests, including complex and construction deals.
• Underwrite specialty property assets and renewals/modifications of existing credits.
• Perform annual loan reviews and monitor loan covenants; assess risk changes.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to monitor, maintain, and potentially grow loan portfolios.
• Gather financial information for underwriting and portfolio servicing tasks; prepare annual reviews and covenant testing.
• Document risk rating changes and action plans; support transfer of underperforming credits to Asset Recovery.
• Assist in sales efforts, client calls, and market research for client opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of client relationships and prospect opportunities.
• Participate in loan portfolio reviews with examiners and auditors; coordinate required materials.
