Peachtree Group seeks a highly motivated Senior Credit Analyst to join its growing Credit team in Seattle. You will evaluate, underwrite, and execute CRE debt investments across the firm's platform, collaborating with senior leadership on diverse financing structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in CRE credit, lending, underwriting, investment banking, debt capital markets, or related field.
• Strong CRE finance knowledge, loan structures, and financial analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex financial modeling and sensitivity testing.
• Experience preparing credit memorandums and underwriting packages.
• Ability to analyze financial statements, assess borrower creditworthiness, and evaluate collateral and risks.
• Familiarity with DSCR, LTV, debt yield, IRR, and cash-on-cash returns.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present complex data clearly.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced env.
• Independent work style with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support underwriting and credit analysis of CRE lending opportunities.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models, cash flow projections, valuation analyses, and sensitivity scenarios.
• Analyze borrower financial statements, property operating performance, market fundamentals, collateral valuations, and transaction structures.
• Prepare credit memorandums, investment presentations, and underwriting packages for internal committees.
• Evaluate transaction risks including leverage, DSCR, liquidity, sponsor strength, and market exposure.
• Assist in structuring loan terms, evaluating financing alternatives, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Conduct due diligence including third-party reports, appraisals, environmental assessments, and legal docs.
• Collaborate with originations, asset management, legal, and capital markets teams.
• Support execution and closing of credit investments with stakeholders.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify emerging credit risks.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to support decisions and enhance underwriting processes.
• Provide mentorship to junior analysts.
