Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking a Senior Credit Analyst to join its Credit team in Atlanta. The candidate will evaluate, underwrite, and execute commercial real estate debt investments across the firm's credit platform.

The role requires strong financial modeling, CRE fundamentals, and the ability to present clear analyses to senior leadership. You will work with cross-functional teams and mentor junior analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of CRE credit, lending, underwriting, investment banking, debt capital markets, or related field.
• Strong ability to build financial models and evaluate complex financing structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support underwriting and credit analysis of CRE lending opportunities across property types.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models, cash flow projections, and valuation analyses.
• Analyze borrower financial statements, property performance, market fundamentals, and collateral values.
• Prepare credit memorandums, investment presentations, and underwriting packages for committees.
• Evaluate leverage, DSCR, LTV, debt yield, and other risk metrics in transactions.
• Collaborate with originations, asset management, legal, and capital markets teams throughout the lifecycle.
