Job summary

Beacon Bank in Worcester, MA is seeking an experienced CRE Relationship Manager to develop and service commercial real estate relationships with borrowing needs of $3M+. You will actively participate in business development, outside calling, and referrals to cross-sell bank products while managing a diverse CRE portfolio.

You will partner with Credit Partners to structure deals, assess risk, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• BS degree in business, economics or finance or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of commercial banking or related experience.
• Strong analytical, loan structuring and negotiation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and manage CRE relationships; act as trusted advisor.
• Identify customer needs and cross-sell products; maintain good relationships with product partners.
• Develop new business and Centers of Influence to grow portfolio.
• Assess credit risk with Credit Partners and ensure compliance with risk/pricing standards.
• Structure deals and negotiate covenants; review loan documents for approvals.
• Manage portfolio with regular reporting, reviews, and memos.
