Job summary

Beacon Bank in Worcester, MA seeks a seasoned Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager to grow and service CRE relationships with borrowers typically $3.0MM+, across multi-family, industrial, retail, office or medical sectors.

You will lead business development, cross-sell banking solutions, assess credits with partners, and mentor junior RMs while maintaining sound risk practices and strong client service.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent financial experience.
• 5+ years of Commercial Banking and/or related experience.
• Strong analytical, loan structuring and negotiation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and services CRE relationships and participates in business development activities.
• Cross-sell bank products and maintain strong relationships with Credit Partners and product partners.
• Assess financial performance and risk; ensure compliance with credit/regulatory requirements.
• Structure deals with minimal guidance and review loan documentation for terms.
• Portfolio management including financial reporting, annual reviews and file memos.
