The role requires a minimum of 10+ years of dedicated CRE experience, CT bar admission, and a proven track record handling commercial files.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of dedicated experience in commercial real estate.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and CT State Bar admission.
• Experience handling complex commercial transactions is essential.

Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, and negotiate commercial property acquisitions and development agreements.
• Represent lenders and borrowers in sophisticated CRE financing.
• Draft and negotiate high-value retail, office, and industrial leases.
• Review title commitments, surveys, and easements.
