• Experience handling asset acquisitions and related transactional work is a plus
• Strong academic credentials and law firm experience

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial lease agreements
• Advise clients on leasing structures and ongoing lease-related matters
• Support acquisitions, dispositions, and financing of commercial real estate assets
• Assist with development projects and related transactional work
• Represent clients in franchise-related leasing and related agreements
• Review and negotiate agreements related to renewals, assignments, and transfers
• Conduct and manage due diligence in real estate transactions
• Provide general corporate real estate support in connection with transactional matters
