LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a well-established real estate boutique firm in its search for a Mid-to-Senior Commercial Real Estate Associate to join its growing Boston office. The successful attorney will work directly with sophisticated borrower-side clients on complex transactions.

The role involves advising through all stages of CRE transactions—acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and joint ventures—with a path toward leadership and potential equity partnership in a growing

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• At least 4 years of commercial real estate experience.
• Experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions.
• Joint venture experience preferred.
• Background from a large law firm or respected regional law firm preferred.
• Strong business judgment and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to manage matters independently and interact directly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Structure and negotiate complex purchase and sale transactions
• Represent borrowers, sponsors, and equity investors in commercial real estate financings
• Draft and negotiate joint venture agreements and related transaction documents
• Conduct due diligence and managing deal execution from inception through closing
• Advise clients on business-oriented solutions and transaction strategy
• Work collaboratively with partners while maintaining a high degree of independence and client responsibility
