Job summary

LHH is assisting a growing boutique law firm in its search for a Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join its expanding real estate practice. This is an opportunity to work closely with a highly respected partner and play a meaningful role in the continued growth of a sophisticated, transaction-focused practice.

The practice is broad in scope and represents developers, owners, investors, and other market participants on a wide range of commercial real estate matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing
• Advise clients on acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties
• Structure and negotiate joint venture agreements and other investment arrangements
• Handle real estate financings, including lender and borrower-side transactions
• Draft, negotiate, and review commercial leasing agreements
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on strategic business and real estate matters
• Collaborate directly with partners and clients on business development initiatives
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the growth of the practice
