Job summary

LHH is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate in Minneapolis to join a reputable national law firm. The role offers sophisticated transactional work across acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, financing, and related matters.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of commercial real estate experience, a JD from an accredited law school, and strong writing and communication skills. The firm provides a hybrid work environment and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• At least 2 years of commercial real estate experience.
• Experience with commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and/or related matters.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements and coordinate transaction closings.
• Draft and negotiate commercial leases and lease amendments.
• Draft and negotiate mortgage loan and other real estate financing documents.
• Oversee title and survey reviews.
• Assist clients with acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, development, and other commercial real estate transactions.
• Work closely with attorneys across a sophisticated national real estate practice.
