Job summary

Trimont is seeking a Director of Credit and Asset Management to oversee a diverse CRE debt portfolio across major U.S. markets. You will manage loan administration, interest billing, cash waterfalls, covenants, and client reporting.

In this client-facing role you will mentor analysts, partner with internal teams, and ensure accurate asset servicing. A Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in asset-based finance are required, along with strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance, accounting, real estate or related field.
• 7+ years in asset-based finance or structured credit with asset management or lending experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a growing portfolio of CRE debt investments including construction, renovation, and value-add assets.
• Manage loan administration, interest billing, collections, waterfalls and covenant compliance.
• Coordinate with tax and insurance teams for coverage, escrow, and payments.
• Mentor financial analysts and support professional development.
