Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day performance and strategic priorities of assigned portfolio.
• Research investments and provide findings and recommendations.
• Analyze asset performance: revenue, expenses, NOI, occupancy, leases.
• Monitor budgets and business plans; mitigate risk and improve value.
• Coordinate with lenders, clients, and partners; ensure deadlines.
