Job summary
Vaco by Highspring seeks an Associate, Asset Management to support portfolio performance, strategic initiatives, and investment decision-making across a commercial real estate portfolio. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years in commercial real estate, asset management, investments, finance, private equity, or related field.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Understanding of real estate underwriting and financial statement analysis.
Responsibilities
- Support leasing, asset management, and portfolio optimization initiatives
- Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and performance reporting
- Analyze tenant financials and assist with underwriting activities
- Conduct market, property, and industry research to support business decisions
- Prepare portfolio reporting and presentation materials for senior leadership
- Partner with accounting, legal, operations, and other internal stakeholders
