- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, Economics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate asset management, acquisitions, investments, lending, portfolio management, or related discipline.
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience interpreting complex financial data and providing actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Manage financial, operational, and strategic performance of a portfolio of commercial real estate assets.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual asset performance reports and dashboards.
- Conduct financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analyses.
- Support asset valuations, investment analysis, and refinancing evaluations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet portfolio objectives.
