Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics or Military Experience.
• At least 6 years of professional real estate appraisal or valuation review experience.

Responsibilities

• Review appraisals for accuracy, methodology, and regulatory compliance.
• Verify property specifics, highest-and-best-use analyses, market data, and comparables.
• Issue acceptances or rejections and resolve deficiencies with staff and fee appraisers.
• Provide advisory support to CRE lenders and mentor junior appraisers.
