The Commercial Real Estate Appraiser role involves preparing narrative appraisals and consulting reports, leveraging Argus and Excel, and collaborating with lending institutions, funds, and other real estate professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing narrative appraisals and consulting reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete multiple appraisal assignments on complex commercial properties.
• Utilize Argus DCF, AE and Excel for cash flow models and analyses.
• Gather and research data on comparable properties and market trends.
• Evaluate property characteristics and financial performance history and projections.
• Communicate findings and advise lenders, funds, and other real estate professionals.
