Job summary

ASCRIBE - ASIRUS - SOLID is seeking a certified real estate appraiser to join our well-established appraisal firm on a part-time basis. The role involves preparing market value appraisals for residential properties, analyzing property information, and producing detailed appraisal reports in compliance with industry standards. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, be a certified appraiser with at least 5 years of experience, and possess strong analytical and communication skills. The compensation includes a revenue share and robust benefits package.

We are a well-established real estate appraisal firm looking for a certified real estate appraiser to join our team on a part-time basis. We are seeking an experienced certified real estate appraiser to prepare market value appraisals for residential real estate properties. As a certified appraiser, you will be responsible for analyzing property information and market trends and providing accurate and detailed appraisal reports in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect properties and gather data from property stakeholders

Compensation and Benefits

Total compensation for this role includes 60% of the revenue generated for each completed order, plus a $50 incentive for every order completed beyond 35 in a calendar month. The benefits package includes $10,000 in employer-sponsored life insurance, health insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, and 100 hours of PTO accrued annually with increases based on length of service. Travel-related expenses will be reimbursed.
