Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to oversee complex industry-sponsored trials and drive study execution with a focus on enrollment, data quality, and compliance. You will mentor staff, coordinate visits, and ensure protocol adherence across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in clinical research, strong knowledge of GCP/FDA, and experience with CTMS/EDC, enabling effective sponsor communications and timely investigations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of clinical research or healthcare experience.
• Ability to perform blood draws, vitals, and ECGs as allowed by state law.
• CCR C/CCRP or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical trial operations.
• Experience mentoring junior staff and managing competing priorities.
• Proficient in CTMS/EDC and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and independently manage complex industry-sponsored trials from start-up to closeout.
• Coordinate study visit schedules and protocol activities to meet timelines and regulatory requirements.
• Lead patient recruitment and retention initiatives to support enrollment goals.
• Mentor junior coordinators and research staff on trial processes and sponsor communications.
• Conduct protocol-required visits, assessments, and procedures per GCP and SOPs.
• Ensure accurate study documentation, data entry, and timely sponsor/CRO data queries.
• Support sponsor, CRO, and regulatory monitoring visits, audits, and inspections.
